Order Processing:

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping Responsibility:

Please note that once your package has left our facility and is in the hands of USPS, Sample by SNKRLABPR. is no longer responsible for the delivery process. USPS assumes full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your package.
Undeliverable Packages:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return-to-sender fees and the cost of reshipping. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase to avoid any issues.
Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages:

It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with USPS for packages that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address. While Sample by SNKRLABPR cannot be held liable for USPS errors or stolen packages, we may assist in your claim by providing necessary information or proof of shipment on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Sample by SNKRLABPR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Stolen Packages:

Sample by SNKRLABPR cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or shipping to a secure location.
International Shipping:
